Business conditions

All products can be ordered by e-mail: info@ 67audio.hr and can be paid on delivery, or by transaction (internet banking / bank transfer / general payment slip).
After ordering and receiving payments to our IBAN HR8224120091133007240, devices can be picked up at our office or shipped to your addres.
Delivery time for ordered devices is 14 business days. Delivery times do not include the day the order is received, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The buyer is entitled to a replacement of the device in the case of delivery of a device thats not been ordered, or if it is a device with qualitative defects. The complaint must be reported to e-mail info@67audio.hr. The device should then be returned undamaged and with original receipt within 7 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to allow a refund. 67Audio is responsible for the replacement costs. 67Audio collects personal information of customers only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligation, to inform about new products and to deliver promotional materials and improve customer relations.

67Audio undertakes to protect the personal information of customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and undertakes not to disclose personal information in any way to 3-rd parties without the consent of the buyer, except for the information necessary for business partners to deliver the purchased product.
Exempted from this are cases in which the Seller is obliged, by a valid order of the authorized state bodies, in accordance with the law, to provide or allow access to the personal data of the buyers. The buyer has the right to request the updating, correction or modification of incorrect personal information.

The Buyer may at any time request in writing a permanent or temporary ban on the use of his personal information.
